On 25 April 2023, SZM once again advertised for students who are still looking for an apprenticeship from August 2023.
For the purpose, SZM trainer Toni Worreschke and marketing man Thomas Schulz met potentially interested students at the vocational school centre in Weisswasser, Germany. At the "Apprentice Speed Dating" both of them and one interested candidate each had exactly ten minutes to get to know each other. The SZM employees promoted an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic for mechanical and plant engineering at SZM.
