The company Rudoba GmbH based in Bad Muskau, Germany, which designs and builds special machinery and plant components and carries out assembly work, is ceasing its business activities. At the end of August 2023, company owner Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Hans-Eckhard Rudoba retired and is liquidating the company Rudoba GmbH i.L.
However, the previous Rudoba customers will keep their contact person and can seamlessly continue their previous projects. SZM has agreed to continue ongoing projects and partially take over the machinery and equipment, as well as the inventory, without formally assuming legal succession. Even the previous Rudoba employees will change over to SZM.
This ensures that projects can continue to be supervised and completed, that the know-how is not lost, and that the previous customers continue to have qualified contacts.
SZM established in Bad Muskau for almost 25 years is not only competent in the planning, production, and service of electrical installations but also has a strong presence in machine and equipment construction. With a large machine park consisting of CNC-controlled machines as well as conventional turning, milling, and grinding machines, SZM manufactures custom pieces as well as small and medium-sized series and has experience in special machine construction. In addition, SZM has welding workstations and collaborates with various service providers for surface coating, heat treatment, etc.
